The case is extremely well made but still too thick for my liking. I ended up returning it for a much slimmer case. I will not get as much protection from drops but the additional size was too much for me. I would recommend for someone that does not mind the additional thickness and wants a well made case. I do think the price should be closer to $20.

I looked at case choices in the Apple store and didn't like them. What I love about this case is that it's totally clear so the colors of my iPhone show thru. It's not overly heavy but does add a small amount of bulk. At the moment I am waiting for the holster market to come up with choices that fit this slightly larger iPhone (it's just a fraction bigger than the + versions).

Used this brand and model of Otterbox on my 6s Plus for 4 years with a glass screen protector. I trust this model because it is 2 pieces, one is an inner "rubbery" liner and the other is the hard shell. The buttons are covered by rubber buttons and there is a port cover for the charger that folds open or closed. The speaker ports are open.

I purchased this case a couple of months ago. I liked it because it’s not too big and bulky but would still provide great protection. After using it for two months, I can definitely say it provides excellent protection without adding much bulk. I would prefer to use my phone without a case but if I have to use one this is the case for me.

Otterbox has been my trusted brand when it comes to securing my devices, a lot of times they don't have cute colors available but this clear glittery case is perfect for my iphone xs max. I love it! it protects my phone very well and it's super cute at the same time, the price is worth it because this is a high quality case with a lifetime warranty.

Overall I think it's a great case, it fits very snug to the phone and looks to protect my iPhone XS Max well. I do have a concern that over time the bottom will break out like so many other cases do between the charge location and the front, just not enough room for solid material. It could be a little thicker on the back so that it lays perfectly flat on tables or desks since the lenses are now offset and protrude off the back.

Our task was to put our corporate logo on 116 cases. We looked at black cases and router our logo on the plastic. Problem with router is fine detail. So we looked in to the option of putting a sticker on the case. Problem was the sticker would wear and peel off easily. Tested the clear cases and put the sticker on the phone itself. Worked great. Time will tell if this particular case will hold up as well the Commuter.

I bought this case for extra protection while out and about. While it provides good protection of your iPhone, it is also somewhat slippery. Would recommend more of rubber outside to prevent from dropping. I accidentally dropped my iPhone from less than waist height onto a carpeted surface with this case on and it cracked my glass screen protector. The phone itself was okay though.

I’ve been purchasing OtterBox products for a few years now and it’s their customer service that keeps me coming back for purchases. I owned the previous model for my iPhone X this case has some subtle changes the buttons are now a little more flush and have a better feel when pressing them than the previous model. The model for my X did yellow rather quickly but OtterBox sent me out a new model which cost me $5.99 for shipping but I’ve dropped my phone and it always protected my device. I have the gold iPhone XS Max and the stainless steel is a copper color so the soft TPU plastic may change color but it will probably just blend in. But so far it’s been a month and it’s still clear. The back will show cratches but I think it adds to the character of the case.

Great Protection for my overly priced new phone. Feels good in the hand and not too heavy. Although $50 for a rubber for your phone is way out of line....but I paid it anyway! Hard to put on at first...had to have the girl friend do it and she got it to slip right on.

I’ve been waiting and waiting for the clear case Otter brand, and finally, I got it and it’s on sale. It’s perfectly protect and covered your phone and the press buttons very easy and light when you press them, on the back part is clear nicely sparkling . Oh I love it!

This is my second time purchasing this case for my iPhone XS Max and I love how beautiful and glittery it is but also how rugged it is. I’ve dropped my phone so many times and not a single scratch. I didn’t give this a 5-star because even though it does take a while eventually it does yellow and I was told this exact case doesn’t yellow like other brands.

Case is very durable. Has withstood numerous falls. I used this case to replace the same one that survived flying off the back of my Jeep. Case suffered a few cracks but my phone was undamaged. Love that the case is very slim.

Hello, I've had this case for my iPhone XS Max for just over two years. It started out as being a very good case...until I took my phone out. It was easy to put the case on and it was doing it's job. I dropped my phone a few times and there were no issues. The problem started after I took the phone out of the case. It was very difficult to remove the case, so when I went to put it back on, the plastic piece that surrounds the hard plastic no longer connects to rest of the case. Because of that, my case no longer holds my phone in place. When I turn the case downward, the phone comes out with no effort on my part. Also, the soft plastic gets dirty pretty easily. I will no longer purchase this type of case, It's a miracle that I don't have scratches on my phone.

I chose this case because it looked the best of the clear ones available, and I trusted the brand as far as protection goes. Putting it on is a real chore, but if that's what it takes to protect my phone I can deal with it. What I can't deal with is the fact that after 2 months both of the top corners have cracks in them, without any significant drops. The phone is unharmed, but I still question how protected it really is. Also, the bottom holes for speakers and charging are pretty sharp and will make your fingers raw after a while; not a dealbreaker, just another flaw. On a positive note, it has protected my phone (so far) and you can see through it pretty well.

The case was alright but it definitely was a lot bulkier & heavier than I intended it would be! But other than that it’s a good case, it clearly gives you a lot of protection if you drop it, it’s just super thick.

Got this for my girlfriend, and the protection is up to Otterbox quality, however like most clear cases I've had, after awhile the outside rim yellows which detracts from the appearance which is why I took a star off. A case is more about protection though, and this case doesn't falter there, which is why I recommend it.

I’ve been using my new Otter case for about three weeks and I really like it. The new slim version is perfect in contrast to the previous one. Slips right in to my purse or pocket and still provides great protection for my phone.
