I've used Otterbox on all my phones, I like that it does not feel bulky, it protects the phone. I dropped my old phone probably around 30+ times and never had an issue with it so when I upgraded to the iPhone Xs Max I did not hesitated and bought a new one. Really recommend this if you want great protection

I was worried about getting a case for my Iphone XS Max given the size, but the Otterbox Symmetry series is the most ideal case for it! It's sleek and not bulky, fits snug around the phone, and still sturdy and strong enough to protect it without feeling like your phone is double the size.

The protection is great and the look of it is even more amazing. I was so happy to see it finally available for my phone. I’d bought one for my daughter’s iPhone 11 and it looked so pretty. Finally got it and I was not let down. It’s very practical and not bulky at all.

I’ve been purchasing OtterBox products for a few years now and it’s their customer service that keeps me coming back for purchases. I owned the previous model for my iPhone X this case has some subtle changes the buttons are now a little more flush and have a better feel when pressing them than the previous model. The model for my X did yellow rather quickly but OtterBox sent me out a new model which cost me $5.99 for shipping but I’ve dropped my phone and it always protected my device. I have the gold iPhone XS Max and the stainless steel is a copper color so the soft TPU plastic may change color but it will probably just blend in. But so far it’s been a month and it’s still clear. The back will show cratches but I think it adds to the character of the case.

I’ve been waiting and waiting for the clear case Otter brand, and finally, I got it and it’s on sale. It’s perfectly protect and covered your phone and the press buttons very easy and light when you press them, on the back part is clear nicely sparkling . Oh I love it!

I’ve always loved Otterbox cases, and typically went with the Defender. More recently, I’ve preferred less bulky cases, so the Symmetry is perfect! Not too bulky, but excellent coverage and protection. And the stardust/metallic flakes look(s) great with my gold Xs Max; love it!

It’s fairly slim for an otterbox case and it does its job. My boyfriend works in the warehouse industry, so his phone tends to be roughed up at work. This is the perfect case to show off his phone, yet add needed protection. This is a must if you want protection and a clear case.

This Symmetry is a slim design that has a groove between the hard back shell & the rubber that surrounds the top and perimeter of screen. On a big phone, this groove helps to maintain a grip on edge of phone. The textured back adds to the grip also. Otter box protection for a large phone with a slick frame & glass back that would otherwise slip from the hand rather easily.

I have always purchased the Otterbox Defender case and wanted something more sleek and slim and this case is perfect for it. Threw a pop socket on the back and it stuck perfectly. I’ve dropped it a few times, nothing too epic, but the case has protected the phone nicely.

Fits well. Slightly more difficult to get on and off than what you typically see with this style case, but I think that just increases protection. Seems slightly thicker on sides as well. Again, increased cushion/protection on drops.

Great phone case. OtterBox makes durable cases. My wife loved this case because it's slim and not as heavy as some of the other OtterBox cases but still has durability. She's dropped her phone numerous times and it's protected her Iphone X.

I own several Otterbox Symmetry cases. Ever since they went to their slim cases, these are all I buy. Tried other brands in the past but Otterbox is by far the best and they stand 100% behind their products if you have problems.

It’s very sleek and cute, I Love the look!! Fits perfectly to my iPhone XS Max but I did notice a few light scratch marks on the back after about 4 months but still works perfectly & is also compatible with pop socket

Had this case for almost a month now and it's really protected the phone. It's not too bulky but sturdy enough that I'm not worried about the few accidental drops. Definitely would buy again or recommend to a friend.

It's clear, it protects the phone, can't ask for much else. Only minor complaint, the case is not snug around the rear camera leaving a bit of the finish exposed for dust/dirt.

This is a great case. Bought it for my friend. it is clear with glittering, which shows off the phone color beautifully. Also has raised edges to help protecting the phone. Not too bulky. Highly recommend.

Have been looking around for a great lightweight protective case for my IPhone XS Max since I bought it and the Otterbox definitely fits the build. Would highly recommend, easy in and out of pockets and great protection!

Well worth the money to get the protection of an OtterBox. I love that it is clear w/ light sparkles. It doesn't to appear that it will turn yellow as other cheap versions. So far, mine still looks like new.

Otter-box quality in a thin case. Love how thin this case is and love the fact it shows off my new phone, but it already has scratches after 3 days. Glad it took the damage and not my phone but I'm kind of surprised it already has scratches.

Absolutely LOVE the Otterbox Symmetry cases. These are the only slim cases I can trust--many others are either too slim--meaning not really protective, or they are too bulky--meaning they turn my phone into a pocket brick, literally! Some may find it difficult to put the case on, but that basically qualifies that the case is SECURE. Just be patient, give it some time, and don't push the phone into the case (at the risk of bending your phone?). READ THE DIRECTIONS and you'll have a very SLIM, SECURE, SAFE, AND ELEGANT case in no time for your fantastic new phone!
