The installation was a breeze, took maybe 10 minutes! There is a slight lag when viewing on the Ring app, but I can certainly live with it. I like that I can talk to my dogs when I'm not at home if they are misbehaving! I just purchased this today and am so far pleased with the purchase.

I love the look because you can still see the color of the phone. The reason I gave it 3 stars is because the screen of the phone is higher than the case; meaning its subject to scratching easily. No one wants a new phone with scratches. Fix this issue Otterbox, thanks

We're sorry to hear about your frustration with your Symmetry Series case! Due to the curved design of that display, we weren't able to make a case that extended above the screen on all sides, as we want you to still be able to access the edges of your screen. That being said, we did ensure that there is a slight lip at the top and bottom of your screen to add some cushion in the event of a drop.
