Thought this would stop my phone but cracking but i dropped it and not from a far spot. And it still cracked the screen.

The proper case was not in the box. It was extremely disappointing!

scratches after a few days. Quite disappointing!!!

Miserable to return, only protection fo4 the back. Best buy is awful.

The buttons fell off. Pieces falling off a brand new Otterbox? Sigh.

So overall I enjoy this case. It has a feel on the phone and it holds it snug. The grip on the case is good so it wont go sliding out of your hands so easily. The buttons are easily accessible and the sounds comes through perfectly. My only complaint would be that though the case suggests that it is scratch proof, my experience has been different. I have only been using the case under normal conditions for about 3 days and already the case has many scratches on it that distract from this phones true beauty. If your looking for nice clear protection but dont mind scratches on the case then I would highly recommend.

Slim cover. Very sturdy. Not a bulky fit. Easy to fit in pants pocket. Good phone protection.

case is slim and has nice lip on the front top/bottom for screen protection when put face down. buttons work well and cutouts are precise. compared to the samsung rugged case this one is bit taller and wider albeit slightly thinner. there is one flaw in the camera cutout. case does not sit flush with the body around the cutout. i can literally slide in at least 5 sheets of paper in this gap. it will likely allow dust and debris to enter through the gap and potentially cause scratches to the back of the phone if not cleaned out regularly. not sure if its just this one or general problem but will try another one at the store. Samsung case on the other hand is a perfect fit with no gaps whatsoever. with asking price that is higher than the original samsung case, its hard to recommend this case over the original case.

Total garbage. Had the case less than 1 week. small drop from about 2 feet onto wooden floor and back glass shattered in the crap symmetry case. My cheap no name case I had before protected against way worse drips. This case is absolte garbage.

Who designed this, Otterbox or K-Mart?? Look at the huge opening around the camera, and how much of the phone is left exposed. There's no reason for a case to be like this unless it was designed very early and the manufacturer hadn't received the exact dimensions yet. It looks like it was designed with an oversized camera cutout so it would fit even if the camera was a few mm different in any direction. I looked at some lower priced cases online, and most of them have better camera cutouts. In fact, many of them have 2 separate cutouts, 1 for the cameras and 1 for the flashes. If those manufacturers can do it while charging just 1/3 or 1/4 of the price, then it can't be too difficult! I eventually decided this would be my first phone in over 10 years that I wouldn't buy an Otterbox case for. After a few months of using my $10 case, it still looks new and so does my Note 10 Plus!! Avoid this case so Otterbox knows customers aren't going to accept this shoddy craftsmanship!!
