Good case but lack of a screen protector is unfortunate. I have been a die hard Otterbox fan for years. It was the only case I would even consider, but those days are over. This is the last one I will purchase until they change this policy. Having to purchase a case and a separate screen protector, both at premium prices, is the straw that broke this camel's back. I did not have time to research and find an alternative for this purchase but certainly will with my next phone because there are some manufacturers out there still selling the total unit. Samsung even has a setting to increase screen sensitivity so that excuse from Otterbox no longer holds water.

easy to install, works great. fit perfect and is durable

This is a nice case. I do like the fact that it's clear so that you can see the nice styling of the phone itself through the case. However, it definitely shows every fingerprint! So far it's held up well, but I haven't really put it to an extreme "drop" test yet - I try to avoid those as much as possible!

this case is very durable. I dropped my phone a couple of times and it protected it very well. one thing to note is that the case is as heavy as the phone itself. I'm also 90% sure that the case hinders data services as with the case on I have buffering issues streaming spotify. Once I remove the case I have no issues

This case is awesome!! Its very protective due to the fact that it's almost impossible to find the tempered glass that fits on the new galaxies, this case has protected my phone from any damages. I've dropped my phone many times and no harm had been done.

This phone case is great for protecting your phone. It has thick sides and high raised front edge protection on top and bottom. It's a tight fit around the phone holding it in place, no worries about it falling out if it's been dropped.

I have shuttered three screen protecters since I purchased my new phone last year. I finally got this case and so far I have dropped the phone couple of times on the ground and the case did protect my phone real well! It is definitely a keeper!

I purchased this case because there wasn't another to purchase at the time. I actually have dropped my phone several times and nothing happened to my new phone. The reason why I gave it a 4 stars only is because the case is pretty hard and it makes it difficult for me to turn it on and off.

I've had this for a few weeks, the only issue I have is that it's not entirely flush to the device, allowing particles to enter the clear case and you have to remove the entire thing to get it back out. Other than that it's clean and has saved my phone a few times already.

Looks great in that it shows off the actual phone. Got the Silver Note9 that looks great by itself but had it in other cases that hid how great the phone looked by itself. Now phone is protected & still shows off how it looks.

i love my new otter box symmetry case for my note 9. the case give phone decent protection and you can use the wireless charging through this case. i have no problem accessing pen or ports with case on.

I like this case because it's see through and I can see my phone. Also, it's otter box which is a brand I've used since I started buying cell phones. All my phones have been well protected with other box!

I had this case on my phone for about two years. It protected my phone like it was suppose to. I replaced it due to it turning brown and I chipped it once when I dropped it.

It may be bulky, but the rubber sides feels good in your hands, also the buttons may be hard to press but avoid the accidental press on the power button

I like that this has a soft grip and allows me to view the pretty view of my new Note 9's blue color. I have only had it a week but it seems sturdy and durable and easy to grip while not easily slipping around on hard surfaces

This is the best Otterbox to own for my phone. I needed something strong for when those accidential drops happen. I needed something to protect my new phone.

Just bought a Note 9 and needed to protect it. Was looking for a slim, clear tough case and this is the one. This is my first Otterbox case and will definitely purchase many more in the future.

I like the fact this cover has the bumper guards on the corners. It is a crystal clear cover too. But, the cons out weigh this.. It was almost next to impossible to get it on my Note 9. I struggled because it was as if I was putting it into a concrete shell. Yes, I know this is the type of cover it is. But, I was worried about my buttons on my phone getting damaged. Also, it came with a few scratches on it (had to have it ordered online by salesperson), but I can live with those. Once on, now my buttons and S-pen are virtually impossible to access because the side is so thick. I have to press so hard to get the buttons for anything on my cell to operate (forget it if I try to take a screenshot!), and I have to angle my finger the right way just to get my S-Pen out. And, the rubber backing feels more like glass, it does not grip to surfaces at all. I won't bother returning it, that is more of a headache. So, I'll use it until I get sick of it. So, this is a good cover for clarity on the back of your cell to show off your brilliant color of your cell, and in case you drop your cell a lot. Otherwise, nah!

The Symmetry series provides good protection to the phone and looks good. A detraction is the case is so smooth that it slides around on most surfaces. Once you deal with that, it's a very nice case

I'm very happy about my new cover. After few drops I must say it protects the phone pretty well. All that for half of the price of my old cover.
