S Pen is difficult to get out

The opening to get it out is too small. I would have to pull the pen out at the same hard angle and with some force every time in order to get it out. I was afraid of doing this repetitively over time and eventually breaking the pen. Returned it and got the Defender. The Defender is MUCH better. No issues with this at all. Other than this, the case was okay, but obviously the S pen is a major feature in the Note9 and needs it's own care too. Get the Defender.
