It feels good in my hand and offers pretty solid protection for my phone. Hoping that it will not begin to turn yellow over time as other clear cases often do. We'll see.

Once I received it, I took it into Best Buy and they installed for free on my Samsung Galaxy S 10 cell phone.

As for the audio issues, we also find it strange that your call quality seems to be impacted with the unit. However, I particularly like the thin style, as the thicker, larger ones are too bulky. If you want a good phone cover, definitely choose Otterbox.

Wish it wasn't as hard to put on or take off literally feels like you're going to break the phone. Don't like the fact that most screen protectors don't fit with this case.
