Even though I have a Geek squad membership, they still charged me $7.99 which is ridiculous, however I wanted it done by a pro. Well the word pro was a joke because after 20 minutes in the back (I could see though the curtain), the Geek squad member brought my phone back and told me she couldn't get the screen protector on correctly. WHAT??? She told me to go get another one and take it to the cell phone guys to put on. I told her that was the last one and asked for a refund and she looked at me and asked "why?:. Well braniac, you couldn't get the last screen protector on my phone so I want a refund. Please train your Geek squad to put screen protectors on or tell them not to try.

However this one did not have a screen protector. Salesman said the Galaxy s20 doesn't need one, that it's built in, Gorilla glass, etc. So now I have a 12 day old phone with a scratched up screen. Not happy about that....

Does not work for Galaxy S20+ 5G

Not worth it

This case does not protect the face or corners. I dropped my phone within 24 hours of purchase and it is shattered in the corner and across the face. There is no protection! Would not recommend and certainly will not purchase another OtterBox product.

Disappointing!

However it scratches so easily and smudges even easier. I kept it mainly for the antibacterial coat that it allegedly has and also for not being so bulky. I'll be replacing for the Otter box case in the future.

Unsatisfied protection

I am very disappointed.
