They crack in your back pocket when you sit down. We'll have to see how the new one does with the new 20s+. So the jury is still out.

It didn't fit properly and made the buttons stick depressed and thus my phone kept booting in safe mode until I realized the buttons were stuck. Also, it's really slippery so it slides off of surfaces onto the floor all the time. Loved the look of the case but poor design in all other aspects.

Super cute but no "Otterbox" protection

There is zero protection and no bevel so the phone rests on the screen itself instead of the case. After spending 1100 on a phone when you drop 60 for a cover u expect that cover to be better then an amazon $10 cover. Returned this!

Defective???

I took it back to Geek Squad because I couldn't get my phone out of Safe Mode and we discovered it is the case. Once we removed the case, my phone has had no issues. I wouldn't recommend the case.

Posted .Sorry to hear you're not loving your new Symmetry Series case. It actually doesn't cover the display of the Galaxy S20+ 5G, so it shouldn't interfere with any fingerprint/biometric scanning. Do you have some type of screen protector in use?
