That being said, our engineers determined that the best way to interact with the screen of this device was without the addition of built-in display protection, so we don't currently have any cases that have a screen protector included.     Love the color and Otterbox always delivers good quality. Unfortunately this case was too slim and did not provide enough elevation on the back side to protect the camera on the S20 Ultra. Had to return it.

    I was not happy with this otterbox. I have used them for years but this one was hard and flush. Felt if I dropped it I could damage my phone

    Do yourself a favor, skip this one and go for either the Commuter or Defender. This one just doesn't seem rugged enough.

    I dropped my phone getting out of my car and the screen still shattered. I'd normally blame the screen protector but it landed on a corner where you can literally see a crease in the rubber lining. No this protector didn't save my phones fate.

    Difficult using the speak phone with this on. Terrible. No one can hear you unless you have the phone up to your mouth. Take it off and they can hear you far away. Don't buy this.
