One downside to the S7 Edge is if it drops face down there is no way to create a bevel on the edge of the case to ensure there is some space between the screen and the surface. The "edge" functionality still works well. OtterBox put those bevels at the top and bottom of the phone. Works great. Still slips in and out of my pockets with ease.

While it was very light, and didn't add as much bulk as a traditional Otterbox case, it didn't have enough grip; I felt like it would slide right out of my hand, so I returned it.

We’re sorry for any confusion on what the Symmetry is all about. We do make the Defender style case for the Galaxy S7 edge which does have quad-layer protection and yet is still streamlined. Check out the link below for more information on that OtterBox.

Well then this case is for you! I have shattered the screen of more phones then I care to mention, even though I know I'm accident prone I just can't bring myself to put a clunky hideous monstrosity on my phone for protection. Thanks to this case now I have protection and a sleek phone.
