Dropped phone early on when I was waiting for my screen protector to arrive and still had the out of the box one in it. Shattered the screen.

I tried mine out and within 5 minutes was so dissatisfied with it that I exchanged it for one in basic black. Nice try, Otterbox. Stick with what you're good at.

However because of its design, I returned it because eventually I will drop my phone and risk scratching the screen or cracking the screen. There's no way of controlling how you drop it, in order to prevent it from happening.

The ones online have more accessories and screen protectors whereas the Best Buy ones are very limited. Adequate yes but nothing to write home about.
