We apologize that this Symmetry series doesn't seem to be checking all of your boxes thus far! Historically, the Symmetry case has never included any sort of built-in screen protection, but we actually do not currently carry any Galaxy S9case designs that do because of the curved infinity display. We predicted that any sort of integrated screen shield might hinder touch sensitivity, which does not sound like the seamless experience that we aim for with our products!
If you're looking for some extra security upfront, so to speak, we would recommend taking a peek at our Alpha Glass, which is engineered to be the perfect companion to the Symmetry. Not as user friendly as the older model that I had

The "user manual " is pretty much useless as far as real help goes.

No dust port covers

Unfortunately, we are unable to test our products with any third-party accessories, so we cannot guarantee 100% compatibility with any screen protectors that we don't make ourselves.

The aloha color itself was different than I expected based on the pictures, however, it looks great with my purple S9 (I had a completely clear case with my S8 & it got a yellowish tone over time so I didn't want totally clear but still wanted to see the phone). The reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it is a little bigger in my hand compared to the Evo Check & my magnetic disc for my car holder doesn't stay in place without actually sticking it to my phone, but the biggest thing for me is the buttons are hard to push & when I try to take a screenshot, it turns my volume down 95% of the time instead of taking the screenshot

I would much rather an otterbox symmetry case than a tech 21 or speck. Otterbox is the #1 best brand case that I own. Trust me, your going to love this case. It feels slimmer than the other otterbox cases which I really appreciate. Get this case, it will save your phone from drops.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is my second Otterbox case, first of any brand that I bought clear. When I purchased this case initially at launch of the phone (March 2018), I had to return it as there were tons of scratches all along the back, which I was under the impression that this was fairly resistant to. The second one I received was better, but still a little unsightly. Fast forward to today, the back is just littered with scratches and scuffs (I'm not that abusive on my phone!) In addition to that, the rubber sides have started to brown. I've heard that this is a thing with the rubber/plastics used in clear cases. Right now, the two-tone brown and clear on the case is starting to remind me of a Super Nintendo, but if this is a norm on most all clear cases, I think I'll just stay away in the future. Also, I haven't removed the case much at all, but last night when doing so, it cracked all the way from the camera cutout to the rubber on the outside. Super disappointing, especially when paying $39.99+ for a case when a cheaper Spigen case on another phone has held up among many removals. The things I liked about this case, cracking and appearance aside, it has at least always felt sturdy. If I dropped it, I wouldn't feel the need to panic. Now that it cracked, I'm a bit more weary about this, but the sides still feel well-enough protected. Also, the headphone jack opening hasn't caused an issue with any headphones I've used on the phone, which can be an overlooked aspect for those who still value the wired headphone.
