Purchased 7/4/2020 On 7/17/20 Fell from Car

When I found it on the side of the road there was NO Otter Box and the phone was complete toast-smashed front to back. The only reason it was still together and I believe still usable was the glass cover on the front. So was it the Otter Box that saved it for what little use I still had left or would a deff cover have protected it better??? Don't know...

Best Buy employee was very helpful in choosing a case and also answered additional questions I had about purchasing a Chromebook. He also put the case on for me. In sum, I have found all employees I have dealt with to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

I love going to Best Buy, always a knowledgeable clerk to help and explain the best product. Working in patient care, both in the care home and with community patients, its important that my phone is protected.
