You're correct in saying this isn't one of our made for MagSafe cases though. While the Symmetry Series case will work with a MagSafe charging pad, it won't offer the "locking" component needed for some MagSafe chargers and accessories. If that feature is important to you, we'd recommend checking out our Symmetry Series+ case which includes a magnet imbedded within it to ensure your MagSafe connection holds strong.
