I have always used the otterbox phone cases to protect my phone. This one does not disappoint.

MagSafe is very weak...

I have other iPhone 12 Pro Max cases that are also MagSafe compatible, and have no issues using my accessories (battery pack, wallet, etc). None of my accessories are able to stay attached to this case. I upgraded to the 13 Pro Max and the issue repeated itself. I would not recommend this case if you intend on using it.

Doesn’t stay clear. Turns yellow

So much for being clear and staying clear. Has held up through a few drops but can’t get over how ugly it looks since it’s yellowing.

Waste of my money

Considering mag safe for iPhones came out in 2020 they must have 4 year inventory still in stock and are selling. My fault for assuming their product line up is current and not checking before buying. Smh

Posted .Our apologies for any confusion prior to the purchase, but while the Symmetry Series Clear case will allow a charge to pass from a MagSafe-enabled charger through to the device held within, it doesn't have any magnetic properties to help facilitate a "locking" connection to any MagSafe item. We do make several case models that were made specifically to accommodate Apple's accessory ecosystem, such as this one that you can check out right here on Best Buy's website:

While this case will work with a MagSafe charging pad, it won't have the "locking" component needed for other MagSafe chargers and accessories. If this feature is important to you, we recommend checking out our Symmetry Series+ case that includes an additional magnet imbedded within to ensure that connection runs through the case to your device.
As far the discoloring you mention goes, there are actually a few factors that can potentially cause something like this, but our Otter engineers work hard to keep such cosmetic complications at bay.
