The only issues I could see is if you drop your phone flat on a rock. But I always use a glass screen protector which usually helps that.

I haven't dropped the phone, so I don't have experience with how protective it is. I went from the Defender series to the Symmetry Soft Shell, so I have had to adjust to the slickness and hardness of the Symmetry.

I decided to give them a try again (figured they had improved). With one single low drop a month later my new phone was shattered. Tech21 is the way to go <3

While we design our cases to minimize the risk of damage, there are variables that can influence the outcome of any drop or fall that we're unable to prevent. However, to utilize the warranty, you have to go through Best Buy instead of online through Zagg. It is apparently a Best Buy Exclusive. This was not indicated at the point of sale and is less convenient.

I have used Otterbox on my iPhone XS, dropped my phone many times but still good, I would recommend it to everyone plus it’s clear you get to see the color of your phone. Got so many compliments.

They are sturdy and light ar the same time. This one in particular is great in every way. Except the price which I think is a little high since we still have to buy a screen protector along with this case
