    I expected a brand new case but when I received the case it appears to be a return, the case had a crack on each side.

    Terrible case

    I honestly don’t remember if i wrote a review on this case. I’ve had it since march of 2019 and i strongly dislike it. I would give it zero stars if I could. Its the worst case I have ever owned. It turns yellow. It has a huuuge crack on it. It addition it heats up my phone terribly. I will stick to sonix and gear4 cases. Its also extremely difficult to get on and off. Its not worth $50. I wish i could get my money back.

    I liked the clear sparklecase for my phone. However, it didnt fit. I was afraid of cracking my new phone so had to buy another brand. I get its tight to protect but must of been cut wrong

    Case came scratched, yellow, and stained

    I purchased this case in clear/stardust. I usually don't spend a lot on cases, but I got a new phone and was excited so decided to buy my first OtterBox- and this one looked so cute. The one that was sent to me today had already turned VERY yellow, had scratches on three of the four corners and the back has scratches all over it. There are also stains on the back, so no one even bothered trying to clean it off before resale. Also, I would like to note- I did not purchase this product "used" and expected a new case.

    Broken phone

    My daughter had her phone 3 weeks then dropped it while getting into her car. 3 foot drop onto concrete. Shattered the back of the phone with otter box on and glass cover on front of phone. No insurance so 400.00 to replace. Next time I’ll get apple care plus! Otter Box replaced the case with a Defender Series which is much more durable. The clear cases look nice but not protective enough for the iPhone XR since it is glass in the back.

    VERY VERY disappointed in this case and will be replacing both the one I purchased for my son and daughter. My daughter dropped her phone from a mere 2 feet off the ground and the back screen of her iPhone cracked this case did not do its job in protecting her phone at all!! Also the case turns yellow in a very short time. Even with insurance it is going to cost me $100 to fix/replace phone due to this crack!!! NOT HAPPY!

    The case is very nice and could be a great product but I purchased 1 and in less than 24 hours, it had marks all over it. I returned it and got a 2nd one and had the exact same issue. I ended up returning it for a different case all together. Wonder if it is something with that particular line of clear cases.

    I purchased this phone case to protect my daughter's brand new phone. Within 2 weeks of having her phone she dropped the phone with this case on it and the back shattered. The phone landed flat on the back on the floor.

    Fell off my nightstand and hit the hard wood on the corner. The whole back of my phone cracked while in this case. Would not cover repair of phone only sent me a new crappy case.
