    It will serve its purpose but it’s not great. I normally love OtterBox products. I always use their products to protect my phone. This sadly wasn’t made as tough as their phone cases. As I was installing my iPad in the case per the directions I heard a breaking sound and found a crack on the corner of the case. If I took the case back off the iPad it would render the case useless. For $70 i expected a better product.

      Yikes! That's definitely not supposed to happen when installing the iPad into the Symmetry Series case, and we are so sorry that you've had such a strange and discouraging start with the case. If you haven't already returned the item to Best Buy, please feel welcome to touch base with us directly to set things in motion for a brand-new warranty replacement, which we trust will stand the test of time!
