    Otterbox Lifetime Guarantee for Whom?

    Unfortunately this was a purchased replacement for an otterbox with a lifetime guarantee that didn't last. The replacement is slightly less bulky. To claim the guarantee I would have had to mail the broken cover back to Otterbox (at my cost) and no indication of how long the replacement would take to arrive.
