I really needed something I can hold in my hand without it slipping by accident. The only places that had grip were around the edges, and it wasn't that good at that.

Good looking case but a bit too slippery

The only think that I would improve is to make the case a little bit softer (gel-like) to be less slippery. Because it's a semi-hard plastic, it's very smooth and a bit slippery. If it would be a little more gel-like it would be easier to hold securely.

After 2 years and a few falls, a corner cracked but protected the phone from damage. OtterBox immediately sent me a replacement at no cost.

Nice case....but

Since this state is a hands-free state, I will tend to try and set the phone on my chest and use the speaker. Unfortunately, this case is a little more prone to sliding off than I am used to.

I dropped my phone 100 feet two years ago while on a roller coaster (obviously pre pandemic) and the screen didn’t break. Not the most stylish if that is what you are after.

The Apple iPhone 12 Pro in black is working as expected. The Otter Box case in black is great. The screen protector is nice. The photo features are good and I have used them already sharing photos with family.
