Inserting and removing your iPhone from the case is extremely difficult. You must insert the top of the phone into the case and slowly work your way to the bottom. Removing is the reverse but the case's stiffness makes it very difficult. While case does seem to offer protection from drops, it feels like the impact will be transmitted to the iPhone because the case does not appear to offer any shock absorption at all. One big design flaw is that the iPhone 12 Pro's camera lenses sit flush with the back of the case so the case offers no protection when the iPhone is placed face up on a surface. Most cases are thicker so that the camera lens are recessed into the case by a millimeter or so which gives the camera lens better protection than this design.

When you're installing your case, we recommend installing the case on the right corner first. Once your camera and power buttons are in the case, move counterclockwise, and you should have an easier time installing the other three corners!
