Extremely disappointed in this product

There is no flexibility to them at all. Pressing on them requires a crushing squeeze to even barely control the phone. I have requested the return of this product. I have been very happy with this same product for other phones that I've owned, but this iPhone 12 Otter is awful.

Sadly, after trying this generation I won’t be getting another unless they change it. They used to have a softer rubberized interior that would go easy on the back of the phone while also distributing any impact. Now they are hard plastic interior and way less grippy on the sides. I returned this and went with a different option.

Has slick finish- returned and exchanged

I have had Otter Box cases for other iphones that I owned and liked them. The previous cases had sort of a rubberized finish. However, this case has sort of a slick finish and I felt like I would drop the phone. I returned and exchanged it for a Speck Presidio2 Grip Case, which I really like.

Way too expensive for the quality

I just got this case today for my iPhone 12 and am not a fan 5 minutes in. The buttons are extraordinarily stiff and difficult to press, particularly the volume up button. My wife got a different color case with a pattern and she does not have this issue, so I am not sure if it is just my case or all cases of this kind and color. I have seen several reviews with the same issue so I will likely take this case back and get a different type.
