Great quality case for the price! More expensive cases wouldn't be better protection.

good case, really protects. bought this for my 19yr old. not too bulky and not too flimsy.

This case provides protection for my phone and also allows me to grip it as needed.

Fits phone perfectly and offers decent protection from drops

Reputable brand that I’ve always used on all my phones. I like the slim case, feel, and it slides easily into my pocket. My only issue is that it’s slick plastic and the phone will slide off my trucks console easy. I usually get the Defender series which is muck bulkier but offers more protection and is rubberized and stays put. This is still a nice case.

Best Buy is the best provider of new cell phones, because of Maria Pluff. I was referred to your Mission Valley store by the staff at the AT&T store in Point Loma. I had been to your store twice. I first worked with Marcos, however, my wife had consolidated the AT&T account so I did not have all the needed information. I returned on Father's Day in the afternoon, and tried again, however, even with a credit rating of 800+, my wife had not paid the current bill. She was returning from LA, and stopped for gas, and paid the bill on line. So I say, because my rep was best with a group of senior citizen. After an hour wait, Maria Pluff set in and resolved all my issues, and the transaction was complete, and she stay 30 after closing to make sure all my valuable data was transferred. Service beyond great. This 10 year employees was golden, and saved the day, and help resolved all my cell issues. The manager, a SF Giant fan, stated she was the best. I retired from Farmers Insurance Group, and was hired back the next day. I continue to do consulting work, for 3 District Managers in San Diego County, and one in Orange County. Having the best communication tools is a must. Thank you Best Buy for securing and training quality and very professional help.

Great case and protection for my iPhone. The case was also easy to put on

I just bought a new iPhone 12 and knew I had to stick with Otterbox as it provided great protection for my recent iPhone X. I've never had any issues with it and I have confidence that it will hold up for my new phone. I use skin it skins as they apply on the back via a sticker and makes the case pop. Highly recommended otterbox cases for any phone for ultimate protection.

This case appears as sturdy as prior generations, however, it does not work nearly as well with the volume buttons as my prior Symmetry cases (I assume it is not an issue with just my case, though I suppose it could be an anomaly). While that is annoying, I remain confident the case will protect my phone the way I need it to, as have my prior three Symmetry cases.

Skim but feels sturdier than older model. Fits into your pocket better than the commuter case but still feels like it provides good protection. OtterBox’s warranty also gives me piece of mind that I can replace the case if it ever breaks. Had to do this previously with the commuter case and the process was very easy.
