The case is designed and built well. I love the clear to show off my iPhone. Time will tell if it turns yellow like my last one.

Case is super protective and clear so I can see my pretty light green new IPhone 12.

At first I didn't think this Otter box would sufficiently protect my new iPhone. However, since I bought this I did drop my iPhone at the car wash while l was getting out of my car. The phone fell on its face, but the Otter box protected it from any scratches or breaks. I was greatly relieved when I picked up my phone and found that it has not been damaged. I would highly recommend this product.

This is my second one of these style cases, truly does protect your phone. I dropped my phone three separate times while having the first one and no damage to my phone, the case cracked on the 3 drop so I replaced it. I had the first case for about 3 years. Looks pretty too!

This is a replacement case. Last one lasted a long time but got a little yellow and cracked on the corners from saving my phone on multiple occasions. It’s just smooth enough to slide into my pocket but sticky enough that it doesn’t slip out of my hand.

Bought this iPhone for my husband to replace his old iPhone that was having a few problems. Dan in customer service was very helpful and knowledgeable about this particular sale. We went into Best Buy on a Wednesday when it wasn’t too busy as opposed to a weekend. We loved the new color blue with the clear casing too. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience.
