When installing/removing a Symmetry Series case for iPhone 12/12 Pro/12 Pro Max/12 mini, we recommend starting with the upper right corner of the device (camera and power button corner). After that, the following 3 corners should pop on/off much easier. Dan in customer service was very helpful and knowledgeable about this particular sale. We went into Best Buy on a Wednesday when it wasn’t too busy as opposed to a weekend. We loved the new color blue with the clear casing too. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience.
