I’ve had both volume buttons pop out on me in the 2 weeks that I’ve had my new phone and it’s already started to turn yellow. Went back to the store to let them know and they told me I couldn’t get a refund or exchange. Trash. Put your money towards better things

Only just starting to fade/yellow in the plastic, but we refresh phones every other year so that is perfectly fine. Never had issues with Otterbox products

Previously I used the the big, thick Otterbox case for protection of my phone. Everyone else had these thin, fashionable cases. When I finally upgraded to iPhone 12 pro I also updated to this clear, slim case. Couldn’t be happier!
