I had same case for my old iPhone 8 and that one didn’t scratch at all. I love the look of the clear case and it’s very well made. It is super protective. Difficult to take on and off.

When installing a Symmetry Series case for iPhone 12/12 Pro/12 Pro Max/12 mini, we recommend starting with the upper right corner of the device (camera and power button corner). After that, the following 3 corners should pop on much easier
As for the scratches on your case, we assure you this is anything but normal. If you're willing to give this one more shot, we'd be happy to take things from the top with a warranty replacement case, which we trust will have no such issues going forward. Hopefully this one won’t yellow as badly but so far it’s good. This case has started to get cloudy and wiping it takes some of it off but not all.
