Symmetry too tight for iPhone 12 pro

It simply doesn't fit an iPhone 12 Pro. The fit was so tight I thought I was going to bend the phone case getting it on. The material doesn't have much if any elasticity which would allow a tight fit to work. The product was returned for credit. Thank you to Best Buy for that.

Turned yellow too fast

The case is pretty expensive, so I felt bad replacing it that soon. It’s now been almost 11 months since I’ve been using it and I think I’ll be finally switching to another brand.

I had accidentally dropped my phone and the corner of the case cracked. Thank goodness, my phone was fine. However, I expected this case to last much longer than three months.

I bought the same for the iPhone 12 and it cracked within 20 days! I hoping it was just 1 defective piece. Return with BEST BUY was great, easy! I did buy the same case hoping 1st one was just a fluke.

Does Not Fit iPhone 12 Pro

My new iPhone 12 Pro did not fit in this case, and I immediately returned it to Best Buy. I’d recommend getting an Apple case for now and waiting for OtterBox to redo the case with the correct specs to fit the phone.

Disappointing quality

If I couldn’t get a manufacturer replacement for less than $10 I’d just cut my losses. Disappointed.
