Happy with the Otterbox Symmetry Clear Case

I bought it because it was inexpensive, but when I checked online reviews, it is a top rated brand. There is a YouTube video showing a fellow dropping his iPhone 11 in this case around 10 times, from different heights, and the phone was intact.

We appreciate your feedback about the grip provided by your case, and we'll be sure to let our design team know about your experience. As for the fit of your case, we have a helpful tip for easier installation. We recommend installing the case on the right corner first. Once your camera and power buttons are in the case, move clockwise, and insert the bottom right corner of the phone into the corresponding corner of the case, so that the right side of the phone is installed in your OtterBox. After, apply pressure to the bottom left corner then the top left corner. To remove the case, simply do these steps in reverse! No camera bumper - lenses at risk.

The problem is that there is no significant bumper around the camera lenses. The lenses sit nearly even with the back of the case, which may allow them to be scratched. Other cases have a bumper around the camera. For the premium price point, you'd expect this to be a common feature.

Does not fit

I feel like I'm going to break the phone trying to get the case to fit (iPhone 12 Pro). I'm returning this and getting something different.
