It split all the way down the back when the phone was dropped. Luckily the phone was not damaged and Otterbox replaced the case. But the case cracked very easily

I thought OtterBox cases were supposed to be night quality. But the clear case shows scratches, and sadly it scratches very easy. I intend to complain directly to the company as the case was scratched up after only a week. I’ve had cases half the price that held up 10 times better than this

Bought new received use from Best Buy

The seal was broke and the box that the item originally came in was ripped open. The item had fingerprints all over it, both inside the case and on the inside plastic. I won’t be ordering another case from Best Buy again. I had filled out a form to return it but it was a birthday present for my daughter and another one wouldn’t be here for a few weeks and she had to have the case. Best Buy do better. When we buy new we want new. Pitiful!

Doesn't Stay Clean/Clear for Long. ..

The fit is great, but this particular phone case doesn't stay clear for long. After maybe a month (this is generous), the clear plastic starts to look dirty. .. despite wiping it clean regularly. Since the phone case does not stay clear for long before turning a dingy color. .. this particular 'color' one only gets two stars from me. I had the same phone case for my previous phone. The case fir the phone well. .. unfortunately, it doesn't take long before it starts looking dirty.
