It definetlynholds up great, mine hasn't cracked or chipped or has any damage to it so far and we have 2byounger kids so sometimes my phone gets dropped and this case has been amazing and very pretty as well.

The case is light weight and fits the phone. If using a screen protector, the screen protector will hit the corners of the insignia case and cause it to lift. Im using the Zagg screen protector for Note 20

It has taken the place of my MACBOOK and TV...It's all I need. Best investment ever.

The case is pretty sturdy, and my phone has taken a few minor falls in it and came out unscathed, but I wouldn't test it. My main complaint is the back scratches too easily, my case was all scratched up within a few weeks of gentle use.

Me and my family have used these cell protectors for awhile. Only my daughter has somehow damaged her screen, but we have have 6 other mobile devices with Otterbox and no issues.

The Defender is pretty bulky but I'll use it in places where I need maximum protection like in the winter. This case is perfect for the other times.

It goes on easy enough and stays on. the camera bump is somewhat protected as are the edges of the screen. BTW, the edges of the screen are accessible for swiping - this had concerned me with this phone.

Because I work in construction I have dropped my phone several time. The screen has always protected it. There have been many time I had to get a free replacement screen and they were always free!
