I dont knkw how my wife handles this thing, it is almost as thick as the old Commuter cases. Guaranteed to yellow in a few short months, I’ve never seen a clear “soft” case that didn’t. But that phone is slippery as heck. No case? You will drop the Pixel 9 Pro XL for sure. With case? You’ll probably never drop it again because your hands can’t stretch open far enough to let it slip. God help the person who has to use their phone as a mobile computer for extended periods of time. But it’s an Otterbox. People should expect this form factor from them. Now im hoping nobody throws this phone at a living thing out of anger - it’s a massive brick at this point.

I wasn't excited about this particular phone case. I bought a new phone and wanted some protection right away, since the case I wanted was no immediately available. It actually worked very well. I've had many Otter Box cases in the past and all were quality products. I will say this case was very hard to get on and off.

Mushy Buttons is Not a Bad Trade-Off
