As far as protection, I haven’t put it to the ‘drop’ or damage test and hope I don’t have to. My previous Otterbox seemed a little more substantial. This appears to be functional though. I have no regrets with purchase as of now.

This case fell short in several areas and did not live up to its price. Firstly, the case did not provide the protection that it advertised. Despite being marketed as a heavy-duty case, it did not withstand even minor drops or bumps. The material was not durable and began to show signs of wear and tear after only a few weeks of use. Additionally, the design of the case was not very appealing. Furthermore, the MagSafe on the case is not as strong. The phone fell of few times from the magnet stand. Overall, I would not recommend this phone case. It is overpriced and underwhelming, failing to deliver on its promises of protection and style. I would advise looking for other options that provide better value for your money.

The Symmetry Series+ case features our sleek design and is developed for seamless interaction with MagSafe. If you're looking for a case that is a bit more rugged, we'd recommend checking out our Commuter Series or Defender Series cases. As far as that MagSafe connection goes, are you using this case with an OtterBox charging stand? We've thoroughly tested and confirmed this case will work with any of our MagSafe chargers and accessories, but since we don't perform any third party testing we're unable to guarantee the compatibility between our case and another company's product.
