Without a better understanding of the situation, it's tough to really even speculate as to how things went down. We do put our cases through extensive drop testing to ensure they'll provide the best protection available to help limit such discouraging outcomes, but unfortunately, any given incident is still subject to a variety of unique dynamics that are at times beyond our control.
