Posted .Although we went with the smooth outer finish of the Symmetry Series+ case to help make for an easy grab from pockets, purses, and such, we were sorry to hear it's caused some potential mishaps in your experience.
Our Defender Series Pro case has an outer synthetic rubber slipcover that provides significantly more grip, but the trade-off will be its more rugged and robust profile versus the streamlined nature of the model you've currently got. The case gets loose right above the charging port where the case is thin on the screen side and becomes weak. I was hoping that this would be reinforced in follow up generations but I guess not. They were able to reinforce the area around the camera, why not around the charging ports? This will be the last on I purchase unless they figure out how to reinforce this weak point.

Not Protective At All

In those two weeks i have dropped my phone twice from waist height. The first drop shattered my screen protector, which is fine because Best Buy replaces them for free. The second, however, shattered my back glass, which costs a couple hundred bucks to have repaired. This case is clearly not protective AT ALL.
