Poor quality case
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have owned several Otterbox cases but this one is poorly made. The magnetic piece that aides in MagSafe charging has already come off the case and the case just fits the newest iPhone very poorly. Always have to snap it back on my phone.

Posted .Yikes, that's definitely not to be expected of the Symmetry Series+ case, and this type of thing most certainly did not give us any cause for concern during our extensive internal testing of the design. We suspect this is just some very peculiar one-off, but we'll make sure our quality team digs in. In the meantime, let's take things from the top with a brand-new warranty replacement that is sure to stand the test of time while providing a secure fit for that trusted protection!
