    Major reduction in quality over last years otterbkx symmetry+ case. The lip of the case does not fit securely around the phone so this creates noise every time you hold the phone. The case also does not appear to be as sturdy either. The quality of the case seems to be going downhill.

      Were you using one of our screen protectors along with the case? That's never a bad idea in the event there could be direct contact with the device display.     Love the bright color it looks beautiful! However, after a while (less than two weeks) the sides started turning a different color and I no longer feel proud to show it off…

    It did not fit iPhone 14 pro max, I couldn’t operate the phone buttons, too hard to touch, side button does not align with the phone buttons

    Case was useless, my phone fell it was not a high fall it was a really low low fall. Back of phone completely shattered! Loved the clear case on my silver phone but do not recommend

    Even with this on, the back of my iPhone shattered.I have always had an otter box, but this one doesn't seen to have offered much protection at all.

    I dropped my phone once from not very high up and the back glass shattered. Then the sides started separating from the rest of the case.

    It is a very bad case. when my my phone dropped, all the back of my iPhone 14, which was inside the case cracked, and it cost me $500.

    Buttons are to sensitive and make a clicking noise. Also doesn’t stay on the phone comes off on the corners. Can Inreturn this for my money back?

    For what ever reason it wasn’t fitting around the camera on my 14pro max. It wasn’t flush and was bulging out

    I hate this phone case. Ive had it for 2 weeks and the sides are discolored and not cleanable. I have the lime green color. I hope theyll let me return it, its it not a good product.
