Snaps into place. Might be a little flimsy to some. If you're a daily office worker it's perfect. If you're out and about such as on construction sites/warehousing/driver.. you might want to get a more rugged case. I suggest purchasing a camera protector lens as well.

However, the sides started peeling off from the backing within a year. Never had this issue with previous cases, but this could be due to my constant switching of cases between this and a QuadLock.

The case does however, protect the phone during a fall, so the dirty looking sides are completely aesthetic in nature.

It is crystal clear and hard enough to protect your cellphone if falls in a hard floor. I am very satisfied with it.
