I have a farm and thought this offered more substantial protection. It is just 1 piece, with no protection of ports, and becomes displaced when I pull my phone out of my pocket since it is rather flexible. Can't recommend for my lifestyle.

Okay case. Clear case turned color in the light

Case is broken after 2 years

For this price I would expect this case to last for the life time of the phone.

The fit was very tight and doesn't really cover the phone screen well from a depth standpoint. Parts of the case were wavy rather than straight. The edges are very frosted so you cannot see the sides of the phone at all. Overall I'd say it was a disappointment and didn't feel like the OtterBox cases I've had in the past. Best Buy gets 5 stars for their service and support. OtterBox can do much better and their design and production team was asleep at the wheel on this one.

Posted .We appreciate the candid feedback on your recent purchase of the Symmetry Clear Series case for the new iPhone 14 Pro. Those outer edges are actually made of a different material than the backside to help provide grip, which is why they aren't completely transparent. Curiously, that would have been true for any Symmetry Clear Series case that you've had in the past as well, so we'll definitely have our quality team dig in on this to see if anything is amiss, though we suspect that the case you have in hand is as it was intended.
