Much more experience with the store, I believed that because it is a large and recognized company you would have quality standards in their products, but when I received the product I was surprised that scratches were coming and that the phone battery was not from a new phone but from an already used and returned in non-optimal conditions to sell, when he went to the store returned best buy to ask about it they told me that they were not responsible despite the fact that I found the product on the store page and there was no specification of the Conditions of both phones, which beyond helping complicated me even when I tried to make a claim. My experience with the store was terrible

Great case. The cost is worth it. It has protected my phone from many drops and true to the advertising, it has not yellowed after owning for three and a half months. The magnetic charging works perfect and is strong enough to use it to hold my phone up in the car.

Exactly what I was looking for! This iphone case works great.

I bought this for my iPhone 14 PRO. I have always been a OTTERBOX fan for all of my iPhones since I can remember. The case looks very good. However, specific to this case, the iPhone does not sit perfectly in the case. It does have a “gap” on the back.

They begin turning yellow after a couple/few months depending on how much you hold it. Still worth it, esp if you drop your phone frequently. I have a toddler, so it’s a must!

Trying this mag case. Works fine but I have to admit the Defender otter case is preferable. This case is more hard shell and less rubber/cushion. I feel it is less grippable. It also is just one shell as opposed to having an inner shell. However is also less bulky

Does a great job so far. The only drawback is the phone isn't as sensitive to tapping on the rear as a control when compared to without the case. I have dropped the phone a few times, no damage to the phone and no lastang damage to the case either.

It fit my I-phone just fine. This is not Best Buy's fault but it was grosly overpriced. But that is just Apple for you.

This being a case may specifically by Apple means that it at least has a higher level of quality than most third-party cases. But at the end of the day a case is a case just to make sure to not buy one that’s so rigid which this one is it so it’s a pretty good purchase

This Otterbox case fits my phone perfectly and I am confident it will protect it from impact. I like that it doesn’t add much bulk to the phone and MagSafe charging still works well.

With a clear smooth back it is very easy to get the phone in or out of a pocket. It has well-padded protective sides that are not slick so it is very safely held and grips well to get out of a pocket. This is the second case I have had and I would not buy another brand. I love it.

$40 to $50 item on sale for $10. It was the bargain of a lifetime.
