Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Honestly ive had otterbox cases for years, ive also used cheap cases from five below ir online retailers thats are at least half the price. This is the first otterbox i have absolutely despised. Within the first week of having this on my phone, my back glass is completely shattered. I dont even know when it happened, but i have not dropped it more than two feet. I now have to make an insurance claim and spend money to get a replacement phone. Needless to say i have returned this case, even the 5 dollar cases ive had have survived harder and further drops. I do not recommend, and if youre going to be hard set on an otterbox, bite the bullet and get the defender pro. Its ugly but it protects the phone.

We’re happy to send a new OtterBox product under our product warranty, but we are unable to extend our warranty to the device itself, as we are not the manufacturer.
