Without a better understanding of the situation, it's tough to really even speculate as to how things went down. We do put our cases through extensive drop testing to ensure they'll provide the best protection available to help limit such discouraging outcomes, but unfortunately, any given incident is still subject to a variety of unique dynamics that are at times beyond our control. We can't extend our warranty to the device, as we aren't the manufacturer, but give us a ring at 1-855-688-7269 if you have any questions or if you would like a replacement case.

Good, but not great!

I have gotten this case in the past for my old phone and the only reason why I give this 3 stars is because it is starting to turn a yellow shade like my previous cases. The package said that it now would not turn yellow, but it has. Otherwise, it is an amazing case!
