Back glass shattered from waist high drop
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I don't know if the iPhone 14 pro has a design flaw or the case, but I dropped my phone in my kitchen and the entire back glass shattered. The point of impact appears to be right on the square around the camera. The shatter lines radiate from the four points. Highly disappointed.

Poor quality case

The magnetic piece that aides in MagSafe charging has already come off the case and the case just fits the newest iPhone very poorly. Always have to snap it back on my phone.

We suspect this is just some very peculiar one-off, but we'll make sure our quality team digs in. In the meantime, let's take things from the top with a brand-new warranty replacement that is sure to stand the test of time while providing a secure fit for that trusted protection!
