This was a new phone. I kept it clean. I hadn't dropped it once. It had no business breaking apart the way it did. I've never had an issue with other OtterBox products. If you're going to buy one, get the proper one with the HARD shell.

The only That I have an issue with is that the oils from your fingers will sometimes make the back of the case a little slippery. But it’s something I can overlook because the case looks and feels very good.
