I do not abuse my phone and this case looks like it was dragged through rocks. The volume button is bowed and stretched out on the opposite side the case is stretched as well. The worse part of the entire thing is the cases rubber has a yellow disgusting tint to it now.

Hard to hold

I can count on one hand how many times I have ever dropped my phone and it has doubled with this case. Not impressed.

However, the the rubber bumper turns an ugly dirty looking grayish brown color after a while. Although, good customer service kudos to Otter Box because they replaced it without issue!
