Otter box not top protection product it once was

She dropped the phone with case on and the glass on the back of her phone cracked. Not worth the money at all.

We are genuinely sorry to hear that your daughter's iPhone took a spill and emerged with this damage while under the watch of the Symmetry series. We perform extensive tests on the Symmetry to ensure that it will meet our high standards of protection, but unfortunately, every drop is subject to a multitude of variables, some of which are beyond our control, and we are unable to guarantee that all exposure to risk will be eliminated through the use of our cases.
Although our warranty cannot be extended to your daughter's iPhone, we would very much like to send her a new OtterBox so that she can get a fresh start once her iPhone has been repaired.
