    Broke my new phone. The guys at the desk medivac ed it to the Geek Squad. The squad in spite of issues with Apple diagnosed and determined it needing replacement within one hour of actual work. The Geek Squad service was excellent. Although the phone did not survive, the excellent warranty replaced it.
