    Fell apart after 1.5 years of normal use

    The rubber portion of the case started turning brown after a year and the whole thing fell apart in to three different pieces that I had to constantly put back together. I use the phone normally for business and personal and dropped less than a handful of times.

    This case is very cute but the clear part yellows after only a short while...I’ve had several and that all do it and NO I don’t smoke or live with anyone who does...my friends did the same thing.

    I wanted a true clear case that would really protect my phone so, I went with the otterbox clear case. I was disappointed when I got home and saw it was stained, I thought maybe, it was just my case that was damaged, so I went back to the store to exchange it but saw all the ones they had at the store had the same staining so, I just got a refund. If you’re as picky as me, don’t get this case. It’s not very cheap either.

    So the first time I snapped that case on my phone it ripped right at the crease the right top corner of the phone split in the case is no longer useful

    Otterbox is usually synonym of quality, unfortunaley not in this case, good thing is that Best Buy replaced it for a black one and now Im getting the quality I have always get from Otterbox!! In less than 2 weeks, this clear protector looked like I had it for 2 years, dirty, scratches, yellow-ish!

    Case didn’t fit my phone

    I have an iPhone 8 and the otterbox symmetry case was to tight on my phone. The power button and the volume rocker was real hard to press. The IPhone 8 is slightly larger than the IPhone 7. I returned it with no hassles. Best Buy’s customer service is getting better than it used to be. I purchased an Otterbox commuter case and that fit like a glove. Very happy with that case.

    Cheap quality

    Case looks and feels cheap and was delivered dirty with finger prints. For the price i would recommend going to amazon and buying one for a quarter the cost. Not the quality i expected from otterbox. I ended up returning this and purchasing a lifeproof case that i am beyond happy with.
