Definitely has more grip to it than the clear Apple brand case. Also the buttons have a nice click feel to them. Replaced mine a couple years in after wear and tear. Dropped phone with the second one and the case was fine but somehow the glass surface of the back of the phone cracked under the case. Disappointed that happened but I’ve used this case for years and that’s the first time that happened.
